DRIVE – Official Soundtrack Preview – Songs from the Film
Amazing soundtrack, isn’t it?
RecordMakers is sharing the soundtrack on Soundcloud:
And they’re also sharing this song on youtube:
Kavinsky – Nightcall (Drive Original Movie Soundtrack)
And Electric Youth is sharing this song via youtube:
Can anyone help by telling me the title of the track played in the elevator scene of Drive (where Ryan Gosling kills a gangster by stamping on his head)? Its not on the soundtrack released for the Drive movie, sounds a bit like ‘I Drive’ (Martinez), but is an older piece, possibly from a Lynch movie (Badalamenti?)?
Can anyone tell me the name of the track in the cafe scene around 45mins in – simple piano notes, very minimalist, I’m sure it’s from another film. Bugging me
what’s the name of the song during the party when Irene’s husband comes home? That’s what am also looking for, I think its the best of all the soundtrack.
love the movie, love the soundtrack.
Also looking for the name of the song playing during Irene’s husband coming home party.
Anyone knows the name of the song?
thanks
Hi there,
I wanted to know the name of the music when the Driver is talking to Irene and he tells her he drives for the movies, around minute 18 I guess.
Thank you.
What’s the name of the song playing while the Driver is face to face with Bernie Rose in the Chinese restaurant and while they are in the parking lot killing each other ?
Does anyone know which song it is where it features that sound right when the elevator door closes after the curb-stomping? And Irene is in the parkade.
Simply wow…Even with the edgiest films, tracks are always a little predictablt…but with this, damn, never thought i could be surprised by a selection of tracks for a movie. Well done Refn! Blow my mind with the music selection…..Gotta love euro directors. Always an interesting perspective of americana.. kinda like what Wen did with Paris Texas….Works so well.
Two songs appear in the film that are not in the soundtrack, however, you will find them in another films soundtrack – The Social Network.
The Songs are ‘Hand Covers Bruise’ and ‘ Intriguing Possibilites’
These are the two songs people are having trouble locating that are in the film but on not soundtracks or even mentioned anywhere on the internet.
OMG! I have watched Drive over and over again that soundtrack is really moving, its one of those that sends tingles down your spine. I havent seen or heard a soundtrack for such a long time that makes me feel good about myself even if no one else does!
did anybody notice that there are two different versions of the movie.
i mean two different soundtracks.
both of them have desire kavinsky collage in it but the rest is different
one of them has cliff martinez music in it and the other one has the music from social network and brian eno – an ending music in it instead of cliff martinez.
i do like the work of cliff martinez but in this case i prefer the other version of the movie with brian eno.
any ideas how it happened that the movie had two versions of soundtracks
This was a awesome movie. Im like everyone else, I go to my apartment by myself and chill out n watch this movie everytime. besides daydreaming about how sexy Ryan is in this movie he is an excellent actor. The music is freaking bad ass during the movie too which was a bonus! kudos ryan
awesome soundtrack for an awesome movie.
Really moving and captivating soundtrack for a brilliant movie. Go and see it and get the soundtrack
